Umbrella Posts ("the Service", "we", "us") is a social media scheduling platform offered by Umbrella Media to marketing agencies, content creators, and brand operators who need to plan and publish short-form video content across multiple TikTok and Instagram accounts. By creating an account or accessing the Service, you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms of Service.
Umbrella Posts provides a multi-tenant workspace where each Customer can:
Each Customer operates in an isolated workspace ("project") and cannot access content, accounts, or captions belonging to another Customer.
To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Service integrates with the TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API and with the Instagram Graph API to publish content on your behalf. You may only connect accounts that you own or that you have explicit written authorization from the account owner to manage. By connecting an account, you represent and warrant that you have such authorization.
Tokens issued by TikTok and Instagram are stored encrypted at rest and are scoped strictly to the permissions required to publish content. You may revoke the connection at any time from your account settings or from within the TikTok / Instagram apps themselves.
You retain all rights to the video content, captions, and other materials you upload to the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant Umbrella Media a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and transmit Customer Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service and publishing the content to the destinations you select.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that Customer Content complies with all applicable laws and the terms and community guidelines of TikTok, Instagram, and any other destination platform.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these terms, if TikTok or Instagram requires us to do so, or if continued operation would expose Umbrella Media to legal risk. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scheduled posts will always publish successfully (publication ultimately depends on the destination platform's API availability).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umbrella Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
